Welcome to Colorless' SOTM for the month of July. We are inviting 15 sites to join our SOTM to win some fantastic prizes. Please read below to find out more.

Rules

1. Your site must be finished and not on hiatus
2. Your site must be somehow neo-related
3. Your site must have 10 pages of original content (credits, meet the staff pages, etc, do not count)
4. You must be the owner or co-owner applying
5. Site must be rated G
6. Do not bribe, beg or buy votes or else you will disqualified from all future SOTM's and placed on Wall of Shame
7. NO MORE THAN 15 SITES ALLOWED
